New build dormer bungalow - Penzance

Formerly the location of a cluster of domestic garages to the rear of a Victorian Terrace within a Conservation Area, this infill plot will be home to a contemporary dwelling featuring materials that reflect the local vernacular, including natural slate and granite. Following an initial refusal by Cornwall Council, a comprehensive appeal was made to the Planning Inspectorate that found in favour of the development. The dwelling is currently under construction.
